This Data Protection agreement describes how KK Property Investors and its affiliates ("KK Property Investors," "we," "our" or "us") collect, use, and share information in connection with your use of our websites (https://kkpropertyinvestors.co.uk/), services, and additional offline procedures (collectively, the "Services").

1. Information Registration. When we register data and information provided by tenants, we may ask for personal information, including items such as name, address, email address, telephone number and identity documentation. Similarly, we may collect the same set of data from landlords.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise it or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
As DPA provides, you have the full right and access to certain information associated with your information sending us an email. To protect your privacy and security, we may also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before updating or removing your information. The information you provide us may be archived or stored periodically by us according to backup processes conducted in the ordinary course of business for disaster recovery purposes.
